INTERNERSHIP

Project Coordinator

Applicants for the position should fulfil the following requirements: 

- Bachelor or Master in law; 
- Experience in Law, Legal Affairs, Policy is an asset;  
- Excellent command of English and French languages; 
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), ability to learn new tools; 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; 
- Good organizational skills and time management; 
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in an international team; 
- Pro-active, dynamic and resourceful; 
- Flexible and willing to learn; 
- Able to think logically and critically 
- Familiar with advanced research methods 
- Great attention to detail; 
- Enjoys working in a multi-faceted environment; 

 

The responsibilities will include: 

- Researching projects related to the knowledge clusters; 
- Assisting with the organization of events related to these knowledge clusters; 
- General coordination and administration (correspondence, record keeping, filing and archiving, postings, etc.); 

- Support all aspects of institution conferences and events (schedules, invitations, registrations, certificates, badges & evaluations, speaker- and delegate support, minute-taking, logistics, etc.); 
- Coordinate member administration and engagement (process applications, renewals and requests, update members directories and other institution databases);

Marketing Coordinator

Applicants for the position should fulfill the following requirements: 

- at least a bachelor degree in marketing or communication; 
- Experience in an institution or similar membership organization is an asset; 

-Experience creating professional designs using a standard software like Photoshop and the likes is an asset; 
- experience in website building and have used and worked with the Wix website builder or WordPress in the past; 

- good marketing experience and graphic design skills; 
- Excellent command of English and French languages; 
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office), ability to learn new tools; 
- Very good digital literacy (find, evaluate, and compose clear information for websites, social media); 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; 
- Good organizational skills and time management; 
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in an international team; 
- Pro-active, dynamic and resourceful; 
- Flexible and willing to learn; 
- Great attention to detail; 
- Enjoys working in a multi-faceted environment; 


The responsibilities will include: 

- Coordinate mailings, newsletters and communication campaigns; 

- Update websites and other content; 
- Support the creation of advocacy messages, campaigns...; 
- Support all marketing aspects of institution conferences and events; 
- Coordinate member administration and engagement (process applications, renewals and requests, update members directories and other institution databases);
